Leaders are people who take the lead in their own lives, and empower others to take a lead in theirs. Effective leaders inspire others to connect their values with their behavior, their actions with their purposes, and their words with their deeds. In this way they provide a context for others not only to share in their vision, but also to own it in their own right.

The Training Teams, Centers and Executive Councils which lead this program around the world provide opportunities to practice interactive leadership in challenging and dynamic situations. When the achievement of impeccable results is combined with the goal of learning from the process, the result can be a new grasp of what makes a truly effective leader, and one that applies everywhere from family life to the work environment.

The leadership skills developed in this program are communicated through the training team and center structures, and also taught in several of our courses. This course work is also currently taught in some of the world’s largest companies. Volunteer team and center roles thus provide an opportunity not only to serve others but also to develop a new edge as a leader in any field.
